LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION

We understand too often unexpected things pop up, which will make it necessary for you to cancel your scheduled cleaning visit.  In these cases we request you provide us at  least 24 hours notification.  Unfortunately, if 24 hours or more notification is not given,  a $25 fee must be charged.

NO ACCESS TO KEYS

In the event our cleaning team arrives, but is not provided entry to your residence due to no access to keys or other circumstances, we unfortunately must charge you the full fee for the cleaning visit.    

If you must cancel a cleaning visit, either  contact us  by using the information form on our CONTACT US page at least 48 hours in advance, or simply call us.  If you choose to use the form to submit your cancellation information, we will contact you to verify. 

STOP SERVICE NOTIFICATION

If you would like to discontinue all cleaning services, notification must be given at least one week prior to your next scheduled cleaning visit.
